Fee Schedule

IMPLANTS: (additional fees)

• Implant surgical placement: $1,550
• Bone Regeneration: $750 (Minimum - $550)
  (When there is insufficient bone in an area requiring an implant, there will be an additional charge for bone regeneration techniques)
• Sinus Elevation: $2,450
  (When the size of the sinus prevents an implant procedure, it must be filled with bone. When I do the procedure, commonly known as a sinus lift, the fee is $2,450 per sinus.)
• Osteotome Elevation: $950
  (Sometimes, when the sinus is large but there is some bone for implant placement, the floor of the sinus can be pushed up with this technique allowing for proper implant placement)
• Oral sedation: $290
  (patient medicated with triazolam and monitored with pulsoximeter)
• Placing 4 mini implants attaching to existing denture: $3,900
• Placing 5-6 mini implants using existing upper denture: $4,900
  

RESTORATIONS:

• Crowns abutment and lab fees: $1,850
• Over denture with 4 Mini Implants: $6,900
• 4 Regular implants plus Over denture with attachments: $9,900
• Maxillary (top) denture 5-6 implants with fixed teeth: $19,900
• Mandibular (lower) 4 Implants with fixed teeth: $18,900
